Urcun (John) Tanik, Ph.D is a systems architect and researcher supported by a NASA Fellowship Training Grant in computer engineering at UAB (2004-2006). He has a B.S. and M.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and UAB, respectively. Since 1998, he has been practicing enterprise architecture and management.

Dr. Karthikeyan Lingasubramanian as an Assistant Professor in UAB Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. His research interests include digital circuit design and automation, designing low power and reliable VLSI circuits for essential applications, and using artificial intelligence based smart algorithms to design electronic circuits.Professor.Karthik has completed his doctoral work in electrical engineering at the University of South Florida. He has significant publications in renowned international journals and conferences and is an avid volunteer in the development of ECE research and education.
